Darren is a proven organizational leader with a passion to help others be their best. In addition to 6 years teaching experience, Darren worked as an Outdoor Educator for 10 years before becoming CEO for another decade. With an MBA to compliment his firsthand experience in organisational leadership, Darren is well equipped to lead others through the journey of transformation towards purpose. His skillsets include organisational leadership, team building, strategic development, business planning, coaching and mentoring, writing and speaking. Darren together with his wife Yvette, have established their company LifeRoad Enterprises Pty Ltd with the express purpose of using their skills to help “move people forward” on their journey.

Director of St Vincent’s Hospital Intensive Care Unit and Toowoomba Critical Care
Jeremy is the Director of St Vincent’s Private Hospital Intensive Care Unit. His company, Toowoomba Critical Care provides ICU specialists to St Vincent’s Hospital. He is an intensive care specialist and anaesthetist. In addition to speaking nationally and internationally in the medical field, Jeremy is experienced in Church ministry and the application of Biblical principles in business. He has an incredible capacity to connect, relate and deliver both professionally and personally.
