At New Hope, we aim to provide a safe environment for all who attend our services and programs. When it comes to the current outbreak of Coronavirus, we believe it is important that we respond practically and wisely to minimise the spread of this disease.
Following recommendations from the Australian Government and Department of Health, and are sharing some precautionary measures to put in place to manage the potential risk for our New Hope family.
We may not be able to come together physically right now, but we can still be together. We will be creating an online experience that will build community and keep us connected.
We’re confident and full of faith that although this moment in our future is complex, unsure and genuinely unsettling for many, we will see God turn this around into a miraculous story of grace and peace. Our faith, our hope, and our eyes still rest on Jesus as they always have and always will.
We are praying for you and your family, and we believe that God’s comfort and peace will remain stronger and more tangible than any fear this world can bring our way.

Phone your healthcare provider or the local public health department and give them details of your symptoms. The Government recommends that you isolate yourself in the following ways if required:
3. Please do not bring sick children or family members into the Church.
4. If you have travelled overseas, the Australian Government requires you to self-isolate for 14 days, this includes not returning to the Church facilities. (see https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/news-media/current-alerts/novel-coronavirus)
We are monitoring and following Government advice closely, and continuing to hold our community up in prayer
The community we share at New Hope is so important. We want to stay connected throughout this season, to care for you and to help you join us online and in smaller community where we can. Please ensure that we have your latest details using the form below.
