FAQ'S
-
Can I choose where I sit?
You are free to choose where you sit, however to stay COVID-safe you will need to space yourself from other households by leaving two empty seats between you and other households.
-
Is checking in mandatory?
Yes. The QLD government requires us to hold information on attendance. You can check-in when you arrive at church, or you can use the advance check-in function below.
-
Can I come to multiple services?
Please only book for one of the AM services to create space for as many people as possible to come. If you have attended an AM service feel free to also attend a PM service.
-
What is a chapel style service?
A 40 minute service with worship and the word, with a full kids service running simultaneously. Giving is available pre-service via the resource barrel.
-
Will the foyer be open?
Our foyer will only be open for 20 mins before the service, so be sure to come early to spend time hanging out with everyone! The foyer will have kids check-in, coffee and resource barrel for giving.
-
Is this replacing church online?
No. You may continue to tune into church online if you do not yet feel comfortable to gather in person just yet. We would love to see you when you're ready!
-
Is it safe for me to attend?
The safety measures we are putting in place exceed standard government requirements so that you and your family can be confident when coming to church. You can see below some of the ways in which we are preparing a safe facility, and how you can help us create a safe environment for others while you are with us. If you are at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19 then consider whether now is the right time to be gathering with us. See health.gov.au for information on who is most at risk.
-
Can I book for others?
Bookings are made per-household. Each household will need to create their own booking, and each booking will ask for contact details as required by current government regulations.
-
Is there a kids program?
Yes, but currently only in our AM services. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the service begins to check your children in, as our kids program will run throughout the entire service.
